Meet KashKick’s HR Manager, Abby Albright.
You might not see Abby’s work directly when you open the KashKick app. However, you’ll feel it in every interaction with our team. As KashKick’s HR Manager, Abby’s the person making sure the people behind your rewards continuously have a great work experience.
Abby joined KashKick in October 2025 as the company’s first dedicated HR professional. She’s been building the company’s people operations from the ground up. Her role has included establishing the foundational processes and programs that support KashKick’s continued growth.
🏗️ The Face Behind the Team
Building an HR function from scratch is nothing new for Abby. In fact, KashKick is the third company she’s stepped into as the first dedicated HR hire. She’s experienced at helping a growing organization put real people processes in place for the very first time.
Abby’s role spans the full employee lifecycle. She’s responsible for recruiting and onboarding, performance and compensation, benefits, compliance, policy and everything in between. If that wasn’t enough, she also manages a global contractor workforce across multiple regions. In short, if it touches the KashKick team, it likely touches Abby’s desk.
So what drew Abby to KashKick in the first place?
“When I learned about the opportunity at KashKick, I was excited by the chance to help another growing company scale thoughtfully,” Abby shares. “What really drew me to the role, though, was the opportunity to work with such a diverse, global team. I genuinely enjoy interacting with people from different backgrounds and learning from their unique perspectives.”
💚 Why Abby Loves What She Does
For Abby, the best part of the job is the people—and the fact that no two days look the same.
“What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to collaborate with every department across the company and help solve challenges that make the organization stronger,” she says.
Abby improves onboarding, refines the recruiting process and or supports managers during challenges. Whatever she’s doing, the goal is always the same: Making KashKick a better place to work.
A lot of that comes down to the team itself, and the shared values that hold it together.
“We work hard, move quickly and respect one another’s perspectives while enjoying what we do,” she says. “We leave our egos and drama at the door and stay focused on our shared mission: Helping put money in people’s pockets.”
🎮 Abby’s Favorite Way to Earn
Like a true KashKick member, Abby doesn’t just build the experience, she uses it too. And when it comes to earning, her go-to is playing games.
“Right now, I’m hooked on Merge Cooking,” she shares. “It’s my go-to stress reliever and a fun way to take a quick break throughout the day!”
It’s a nice reminder that earning a little extra with KashKick can fit into the small pockets of your day. That can be done between meetings, on a lunch break, or whenever you need a quick mental reset.
🏞️ Life Outside of KashKick
When Abby logs off, family time takes center stage. She’s a big believer in balance and making room for what matters most.
“We’re always on the go—whether we’re spending the day at the beach or the pool, exploring somewhere new, or cheering on Navy Football,” she says. “We love staying active and making the most of our time together.”
That same care for people shows up in how she thinks about KashKick members, too.
“I’d love KashKick members to know that there’s a real team of people behind the platform who genuinely care about creating a great experience,” she says. “We’re constantly working to improve, listen to feedback and build something members can enjoy and trust.”
