VISH’S VISION
Vish did not set out to make rewards louder. He wanted to make them clearer.
He grew up around practical conversations about money: how to save it, stretch it and make it work harder. So when he looked at the rewards space, the problem was not that earning online sounded impossible. It was that the value exchange often felt harder to understand than it needed to be.
People were spending real time. Brands and platforms were getting real value. But members were often left doing the math themselves: figuring out what an offer was worth, what counted and when they could actually cash out.
That did not sit right with him.
So in 2017, Vish and his longtime business partner Jacob Shemesh launched KashKick out of Tampa with one stubborn idea: make earning online clear enough for anyone to understand and valuable enough to be worth their time.
Today, more than 3.5 million people use what Vish built. The platform has grown from surveys and fintech offers into games, deals, shopping, product discovery, brand partnerships and giving back. The team now works across continents. But the standard is still the same:

KashKick is built and operated by Besitos Corporation, a Tampa-based company founded in 2017 by Vish Mahtani and Jacob Shemesh.
