Ever wonder how the games you love end up on KashKick? A big part of the answer is Monika Raszowska.
As KashKick’s VP of Revenue for games, Monika brings new gaming partners to the platform and keeps those relationships strong. But ask her what she actually does all day, and she’ll tell you the work is really about people.
“I genuinely am interested in meeting people,” she says. “That’s why I’m in the right place for the right position.”
🎮 From Conference Floors to Your Phone
Monika joined KashKick in May 2024 as director of sales and stepped into her VP role in spring 2026.
These days, she wears a few hats. She still hunts for new gaming partners and represents KashKick at gaming conferences around the world. But she also leads a team of account managers who work to ensure existing partners are happy. And she’s increasingly focused on strategy—figuring out where KashKick’s games business goes next.
It’s a lot, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
“I love fast-paced spaces,” she says. “I thrive in these environments.”
A typical week for Monika usually involves hopping aboard a plane. The gaming industry runs on in-person connection, and she’s a regular at major events like Pocket Gamer Connects and Gamesforum. When she’s not on the road, she’s at her laptop in Cyprus, making sure her team members have what they need—and that KashKick members are discovering games they love.
That second piece is important. Bringing in gaming partners helps pay the bills, but Monika sees the bigger picture.
“If we do a good job at matching users with the right game, then both sides win,” she says.
Monika also channels her love of people into something bigger than deals. She helped launch a women in gaming event, co-sponsored by KashKick, that gave women in the industry a safe space to connect.
The conversations got candid, she says, touching on topics like returning from maternity leave and being treated differently.
Ask her what makes her proud to work at KashKick and she comes back to quality and trust.
“Clients tell us they trust us. We’re very transparent, we’re very collaborative,” she says. “We have a very high standard of what quality means.”
✈️ Off the Clock with Monika
Monika is originally from Poland and spent four years in Edinburgh before relocating to Cyprus in early 2026. The move came down to two things: a friendlier tax setup for contractors and, frankly, the sunshine.
“I love the sun,” she says. After years of traveling to Cyprus to meet with gaming partners for work, she realized the island was the perfect fit.
Thanks to time-zone differences, her workdays often run into the evening, which leaves her mornings free. She spends that time hitting the gym, swimming in the sea, then settling in to work.
When she’s truly off the clock, you’ll find her doing exactly what you’d expect: spending time with people. Her new community in Cyprus is always cooking up plans, whether it’s dinner, a walk on the beach or a friend’s birthday spent snorkeling in a lagoon.
She travels for fun, too. South Korea holds the top spot in her heart.
As for her favorite games to play, she enjoys the Scapes, like Gardenscapes and Homescapes, where you solve match-three puzzles while building a house, a garden or even your own zoo.
