Meet KashKick’s CRM copy and brand strategist, Alexa Kurtz.

Alexa joined KashKick’s team in September 2024 and took on the role of creating the written content for KashKick. She’s been instrumental in delivering a range of fun and practical messaging for KashKick members, from email campaigns to offer cards, all of which make KashKick feel more relatable and easier to navigate.
👩💻 The Face Behind the Voice
Now focusing on customer relationship management (CRM) copy and brand messaging, Alexa helps to craft KashKick’s brand voice in order to create a consistent user experience. She’s particularly invested in relating to members in a meaningful way.
“I love the life cycle side of copywriting, and especially brand story development,” she says. “Stepping into a member’s shoes and developing messaging that’ll resonate with them each step of their journey is so much fun, and makes me feel more connected to our members.”
A typical work day for Alexa involves “a whole lot of words,” as she lightheartedly puts it, along with working closely with others on the marketing and CRM team to develop messaging strategy.
💜 Why Alexa Loves What She Does
In addition to using her creative juices and love of word-smithing, Alexa loves working with like-minded, intuitive professionals, who she describes as “a truly brilliant (and very fun) team.”
“We all have the common goal of making the KashKick experience as great for members as possible,” she says. “Better yet, I deeply respect and feel equally respected by everyone on our team. I’m truly grateful”
Outside of team dynamics, hearing stories about how KashKick has genuinely helped provide our members with a financial safety net also makes Alexa’s job rewarding.
“My favorite part of the job is when we see that people are genuinely benefiting from our product, and earning from everyday moments,” she says. “Nothing feels better than that.”

Alexa is a big fan of the deals on KashKick. In fact, she was pleased to give her son a Greenlight debit card for his birthday, which has been her personal favorite offer so far.

✈️ Life Outside of KashKick
In her spare time, Alexa likes to travel as much as possible. From cross country road trips to venturing out to the Caribbean islands or exploring her favorite European countries, she likes to squeeze as much adventure as possible out of life.
Whether at home or traveling, she enjoys spending time with her son, along with other friends and family.
“We’re blessed to have four generations all living within a 30 minute radius, which makes for a regular occurrence of special gatherings,” she says. “We don’t take our proximity for granted.”
Alexa also loves playing golf in her free time and expressing herself through poetry and song. In fact, you can often find her belting at karaoke or sharing her gift of writing at a spoken word event.
