Our Research Approach
How We Develop Our Studies
Survey topics are selected based on their relevance to consumers, emerging trends, seasonal behaviors and other areas where the KashKick community can provide useful first-party perspectives.
Questionnaires are developed to address the objectives of each study while aiming to use clear, neutral and accessible language. Survey design, eligibility criteria, fielding periods and sample sizes may vary by study.
How We Collect Data
Surveys are made available to eligible KashKick members through the KashKick platform. Depending on the study, participation may be open to a broad group of members or limited to members who meet specific criteria relevant to the research topic.
Participation is voluntary, and members may receive a KashKick reward for completing a survey.
How We Analyze and Report Results
Responses are analyzed in aggregate to identify notable patterns, differences and trends within the participating KashKick audience. Unless otherwise stated, results are reported using unweighted survey data.
KashKick does not currently weight study results to match U.S. Census or other national demographic benchmarks. As a result, findings should be understood as reflecting the experiences and opinions of the KashKick members who participated in a particular study and should not be interpreted as nationally representative of the U.S. population.
Each Data Study includes study-specific methodology describing the audience surveyed, fielding dates, sample size, relevant eligibility criteria and other information necessary to understand the findings.
Our Commitment to Transparency
Our goal is to use KashKick’s direct relationship with its members to provide timely and useful perspectives on consumer behavior while being transparent about how the data was collected and what conclusions can reasonably be drawn from it.
